These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any utilization of rjkclothing.com (the "Site") and any purchases from RJK Clothing ("RJK," "us"). By utilizing the Site or placing an order, that qualifies as agreeing to these Terms. If not agreeable, please do not utilize the Site.

Please agree to utilize the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or utilize it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

Products and pricing

RJK aims to display products and colors accurately. Exact appearance is not guaranteed. Prices and availability may change without notice. RJK may limit quantities and may correct errors, including pricing errors, and cancel affected orders.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. RJK may accept or decline any order, and an order is accepted when RJK sends a shipping confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. Please agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Shipping and returns

The RJK Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The RJK Clothing name, logos, designs, images, and all Site content belong to RJK Clothing and may not be copied, reproduced, or utilized without written permission from RJK.

Questions and submissions

If any content is shared with RJK, then the content is able to be utilized to operate and improve the Site. Please do not share anything unlawful or confidential.

Disclaimer

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJK Clothing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from utilization of the Site or products. The total liability of RJK for any claim does not exceed the amount paid for the order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules.

RJK may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site, with its date, applies.
