The promise

The RJK Clothing Company cares about every RJK Clothing order. If something is noticeably improvable, then please share that information. All returns, exchanges, and refunds are welcome.

Returns

• Orders have 30 days to qualify as returns.
• Orders being returned must be as purchased.
• Order number is required as proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

• Socks (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
• Gift cards and items marked "final sale."
• Items worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Colors and patterns

Colors may vary slightly from product images. All Bleach designs are 1/1; therefore, patterns consistently differ from piece to piece.

How to start a return

Please Email rjkclothingcompany@gmail.com with an RJK order number and the reason for the order return. Please do not send items back before confirmation.

Return shipping

The RJK Clothing Company is not responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

• After a return is received and inspected, a confirmation email is sent to the order email address from rjkclothingcompany@gmail.com
• Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. A bank may take additional time to post the credit.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an RJK Clothing error.

Exchanges

Different clothing size or color? Email us for an exchange! All exchanges are subject to availability and discretion.

Damaged, defective, or inaccurate orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with an order number and photos. RJK sends replacements or refunds with shipping covered.
